Hoffman United’s is dedicated to developing spaces where individuals can reside comfortably, shop conveniently, and create lasting memories with their loved ones. Regardless of the specific project at hand, one critical element always holds top priority: the people and the community for whom we are creating these spaces.

Our team provides all routine and day to day operations for all properties under The Blue Groups management. This includes lease administration, yearly budgeting of property, lease reconciliations, tenant accountability, vendor management and contracts, ground maintenance, and roof and structure maintenance. Establish specifications for each vendors contract such as landscaping, snow removal, parking lot maintenance etc.
