In 2019, we formed our private real estate funds to broaden access to an asset class that has traditionally been out of reach for many individual investors. We believe private real estate can play a meaningful role in a well-rounded portfolio, offering potential tax efficiencies, diversification, and exposure to opportunities not available in the public markets.
