Paul R. Hoffman is President of Hoffman United and exclusive manager of Blue Group Properties, LLC, an alternative investment company he founded in 2019. Paul has been involved in all phases of Hoffman United’s development since its founding in 2014. Paul oversees more than 250 residential apartment units along with nearing 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and light industrial space which include all real estate activities from acquisition, leasing, day to day management, and disposition. Paul holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.

PAUL E. SIMON
Paul’s role as Business Development of Capital Investments is to develop and maintain relationships with a wide array of equity partners. Paul’s responsibility is to develop and execute on strategic fundraising plans to source new clients through extensive research and outreach to investors and their consultants’ to create interest in private equity real estate. Paul received a BS in Business Administration and Management from Gannon University.

CHRISTINE HOFFMAN
Christine assists Paul in creating and driving the vision for Hoffman United. Christine oversees all residential units and commercial space. She is responsible for tenant relations, leasing vacant space, lease re-certifications, property inspections, rent collections, budgets, and coordinating building maintenance. Christine is also responsible for strategic planning of the department and working with other departments to further Hoffman United’s overall mission. Christine received a BS in Finance at Penn State University.

NICK CIANCI
Nick Cianci joins the team as a strategic asset to our growth and investor relations platform, bringing a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and high-level communications. In his previous role at the Hamot Health Foundation, Nick led major donor relationship management and development initiatives, helping to drive meaningful philanthropic investment. His ability to build trust, communicate with clarity, and foster long-term partnerships will be instrumental as Blue Group Properties continues to expand its investor base and deliver exceptional transparency and engagement across all projects and relationships.

DAVE BOWERS
Dave Bowers joins the organization as a key addition to our team, bringing deep expertise in facilities operations and HVAC management. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in expanding the HVAC division at C. Carlin Plumbing Inc., where he led strategic initiatives that significantly improved efficiency, reliability, and revenue growth. Dave’s technical proficiency, operational insight, and hands-on leadership will be critical in elevating Hoffman United and Blue Group Properties’ maintenance and construction platform—ensuring we continue to deliver best-in-class service across our residential and commercial portfolios.

ELIZABETH FEHR
Elizabeth is responsible for all phases of hard and soft lease files, including reviewing and monitoring leases prior to execution and throughout the lease term, monitoring critical lease duties, calculating rental escalations and initiating appropriate action in the event of tenant defaults. Maintains electronic files as well as abstracts; performs continual lease audits, works with Paul to ensure lease compliance, manages security deposits, works with accounting on operating expense reconciliations, rent billings and reviews and audits monthly financial information. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University College of Law.

ANN WAGNER
Ann oversees and manages the day-to-day operation of the office by handling all phone calls of existing and potential tenants, maintenance request, vendors, and all other calls. Ann is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ann participates in special projects and other assignments by planning and coordinating tasks and activities with other team members, contracting with vendors, service providers, and other internal or external resources as needed, leading and/or participating in meetings, and following through to complete specific tasks and activities.

KEITH WAGNER
Keith oversees the mechanical maintenance, grounds keeping, interior and exterior maintenance, and custodial functions to ensure the prompt and efficient maintenance, repair and servicing of equipment and facilities within budget constraints. He prepares and makes recommendations for the annual maintenance budget.
